After completing a Bachelor of Finance, I spent over a decade in banking and finance, where performance and precision defined success. On paper, I had everything I was supposed to - yet something still felt missing. I knew I was capable of more but couldn’t quite reach it.

When I transitioned into marketing, helping small businesses build strategies to grow, I began to notice a clear pattern - no matter the industry or ambition, many people struggled with confidence, authenticity, creating a vision and the ability to see their potential - let alone use it! The same was true within larger organisations like the one I came from - talented, driven humans doing what they needed to to achieve external standards, yet not fully aligned.

That realisation, combined with my experience of juggling life as a wife, mum to three boys and a curious human trying to “do it all,” showed me how vital mindset truly is. We can’t do everything - but we can focus on what matters most and we have the ability to define what success is for us, and create the opportunities to achieve that success.
